I filled out an order form that my son sent about your meal service. When I saw that the price was PER WEEK, I backed out of the website to delete the information. I was charged $10.99 and then again,$101.67 for meals I do NOT want. Refund my money please. I did not order your service. I have spoken to employees four times and requested a supervisor to no avail. Your company has improper communication and practices that are not acceptable. I would like a refund of all of my money. I do not want any food.
Cauliflower recall and all the meals sent to me were cauliflower, I tried customer service, a representative have me on hold for 30 minutes and never return to the line, and hang up. Please refund me the $136 taking out of my account
Same here this place takes your money no refund. Stay away they are a rip off. I did make order my card was fraud told them still told me no refunds. Please do not ever order from this company. Customer service is rude. This place is fraud.

I cancelled my service and they still drew money out of our account. I am sending a complaint to the Attorney Generals Office.
I deactived my account due to the shipping day didn’t work for me and couldn’t edit it. They ship a packet with my authorize and charged me. I call the customer service they told me they can’t refund my money. They said they are not allow to due the fact the food was shipped. This so wrong for fact that didn’t authorize this delivery of meals. I will report this to BBB. This meals are not cheap also they can’t give the number to their corporate. That’s fishy to me.
