How can I make an appointment or change it?
You can access your account online and manage it if you’re moving or storing locally.
To arrange for your upcoming service date, log into your MyPODS.com account.
Select “My Orders.”
Choose “Arrange Delivery/Pick-up/Move” for the relevant container.
Tap “Modify” to save the changes.
If you are moving to a new city and need long-distance transportation, our Customer Care Team will need to help. You can phone (855) 706-4758 or click the “Chat Now for Help” button in the lower right corner to start a conversation with us.
Dates of services are contingent upon availability. As a result, advance notification is necessary.
You can pick up your container whenever you’d like after 7 a.m. local time. Make sure it’s accessible, clean, empty, and unlocked. It is not required of you to be present when the driver shows up.

Do I receive my money back if I cancel?
Depending on when the order is canceled, a refund can be given. Kindly give (800) 776-PODS a call in order to cancel. Please check our whole cancellation policy at pods.com/cancel.
What time will my container be delivered?
Your estimated service window will be sent to you via email the day before your service date, and it will also be available on your MyPODS.com account after 6 p.m. local time.
Please be aware that your service window is only an estimate and not a promise. The driver doesn’t have to arrive when you are.
Can I use a PODS container to store my car?
No, PODS containers cannot be used for the transportation of automobiles, motorized vehicles, or lawnmowers.

You truck was just north of I4 on I95 and the ropes to the PODS sig that is a heave tarp came off and it hit the front of mt Toyota 4Runner very hard. there does not seems to be any body damage, but I am no expert. There is significant marking and scrapes from the heavy tarp that I am holding you accountable for.
Please see the pictures attached.
Initial expectation for this traumatic event is a high-end detail of the entire care – pending any damages to the body or paint that cannot be corrected.
I look forward to you fast response and am glad it did no cause a bad accident – you can see the driver in one of the pics looking back at what happened.
