HSN
HSN, formerly known as the Home Shopping Network, is a U.S. video-commerce and online-shopping brand selling products through television, streaming, digital platforms, mobile services, and HSN.com. Its assortment includes beauty, fashion, jewelry, home products, electronics, kitchen products, health and wellness merchandise, collectibles, gifts, and other consumer goods. HSN is particularly known for live product demonstrations, celebrity and brand partnerships, FlexPay installment payments, and interactive television shopping.
HSN’s predecessor television-shopping business began broadcasting from St. Petersburg, Florida in 1981, expanding nationally during the 1980s. For decades, 1 HSN Drive, St. Petersburg, Florida served as the brand’s headquarters. HSN became part of the QVC corporate family when Liberty Interactive completed its acquisition of the remaining HSN shares in 2017.
A major corporate change occurred in 2025. QVC Group consolidated HSN’s St. Petersburg operations into QVC’s West Chester, Pennsylvania campus and completed closure of the Florida campus by September 30, 2025. QVC Group then completed a Chapter 11 financial restructuring and emerged from bankruptcy on August 6, 2026, reducing debt by more than $5 billion. As of October 2026, HSN remains an active shopping brand within the reorganized QVC Group, but it no longer operates from the historic St. Petersburg headquarters.

For an order placed online, call 1-800-933-2887 between 8:00 AM and 1:00 AM Eastern Time. For phone orders or general information, call 1-800-284-3900. If you need to place a new order, 1-800-284-5757 is available 24 hours a day. Before calling, have your order number, HSN account information, billing address, product number, payment method, and any previous Customer Service case details available.
Customers with AutoShip issues should call 1-800-557-0714, while FlexPay eligibility questions can use 1-800-879-2559. Because HSN’s former St. Petersburg headquarters has closed, customers should not rely on old Florida corporate-directory numbers for escalation. Current corporate matters belong to QVC Group’s West Chester campus.
Complaints may involve an order, return, refund, FlexPay payment, AutoShip shipment, product quality, incorrect charge, accessibility issue, account problem, delivery, or interaction with Customer Service. Keep the order number, item number, billing records, shipment tracking, screenshots, emails, and previous contact information before escalating.
Call 1-800-933-2887 for online orders or 1-800-284-3900 for general Customer Service. Explain the problem clearly and provide the order number, product details, transaction date, and requested resolution. Ask the representative to document the matter and retain any case number or notes from the call.
Use specialized support when possible. AutoShip complaints should go to 1-800-557-0714, FlexPay eligibility questions to 1-800-879-2559, and accessibility concerns to accessibilityhsn@hsni.net or 1-800-284-3900.
If the first representative cannot resolve the issue, request review by a Customer Service supervisor. Provide a clear timeline, previous case number, payment or shipment records, and the exact remedy requested. Avoid opening multiple unrelated cases if one existing complaint can be escalated.
Use HSN’s online email/contact system or write to HSN, P.O. Box 9090, Clearwater, FL 33758. Written communication is especially useful for disputes requiring receipts, photographs, screenshots, or detailed transaction histories.
For a serious unresolved corporate matter, contact QVC Group, Inc., 1200 Wilson Drive, West Chester, PA 19380. Explain that the complaint concerns HSN, include the complete case history, and attach copies of relevant records.
Credit-card disputes should be raised with the HSN Card issuer when applicable. FlexPay issues should be distinguished from HSN Card financing because FlexPay itself is an HSN installment feature while the credit card is a separate financial product.
Depending on the issue, complaints involving consumer finance or credit may fall under federal or state financial regulators, while product safety concerns may involve the Consumer Product Safety Commission or another product regulator.
For unresolved merchandise, advertising, refund, or transaction disputes, consumers may contact their state Attorney General or consumer-protection office. Unauthorized card charges may also be disputed with the payment-card issuer according to applicable deadlines.
Review the HSN Conditions of Use and any product, credit, or financing agreement before pursuing legal action. Depending on the dispute, arbitration or other contractual procedures may apply. Preserve order records, correspondence, screenshots, payment statements, return tracking, and all prior responses.
