Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience with city furniture. I bought a new bed from the box and what I expected did not arrive. Now, 3 days after I was able to go, try to return it, they tell me that it cannot be returned due to company policy, I only tell people Think carefully before buying at City Furniture, they deceive you with their return policies

This has been the worst experience with city furniture. I was disrespected and use. I was practically sold a furniture I did not choose. I was given a demo of a product I like and thought I was choosing but they gave me something else. I was happy thinking I was buying what I choose and paid in full to have it deliver. Once it arrive they send me something else and I did not have a choice to keep it. I am now given the option of paying extra to get the product I was lied that I was purchasing. This is crazy because it’s like someone else made the shopping for me and the decision with my money. I was told I could not return it the next day they deliver, even after I try to call the representative the day of deliver and she did not answer. The things where left in my house and she never answer. I left massages and no response. The next day I spoke with her and I was given the options to pay more and I have no other choice. I can’t even return everything and get my money back. I would not trust them or recommend anyone to buy anything.
