We have been going to Carrabbas for 20 plus years. For the past 10 years we have gone on a regular basis, and for the most part we’ve enjoyed our experience. We go regularly to Carrabba’s on 7620 N Wickham Road, Melbourne Fl. We gave them a pass during the whole COVID issues. The building on the outside looks horrible, It hasn’t been painted ever and stucco cracked and falling off. The inside is dirty, food on the floors, walls, tables and menus. The ceilings tiles are moldy and falling down. We usually sit in the bar so most of the servers there know us. The manager will come out and ask some people how there meal is, but not one time has he ever asked us( particularly irritating since we go so often for so many years) . Two people sent their food back because it was undercooked, ours was overcooked and the pasta was laying in a puddle of water. The bread was cold. The only thing we enjoyed out of 100 dollar meal for two were the mussels. We didn’t complain and always tip our server 25%. I’m hoping that you will look into this and do something about it. We used to love this place for the food, service and consistency, the service has always been great, unfortunately everything else is sub par. Today will be our last visit to Carrabbas.

I’m sure you won’t acknowledge or respond to me by email… but I will keep some faith in a place that I loved for so many years.

Our office celebrated our Executive Director’s birthday with lunch at your Tallahassee location. It was fantastic from the moment that we walked in the doors. We were greeted with swift seating with warm smiles. Our host was so friendly and seemed to genuinely care about our celebration. Alex, our server, was attentive and delivered amazing service. I was allowed to bring in my boss’s favorite cake and your staff kept it chilled and brought it to the table with candles lit. I did not bring candles. Your staff went above and beyond to take that extra step to add candles for it to be special. I can’t thank them enough. I was so impressed that I called the restaurant after our meal to praise the staff and management. I spoke to David and he was so polite and proud of Alex and everyone that contributed to are wonderful experience. Thank you so much.

I was injured at the carrabbas in huntersville nc last summer, i am a disabled man on kidney dialysis and the owner and their insurance thugs have decided to treat me like crap and ignore my injuries and medical bills that i have from thier hostess not doing her job, it is shameful the way i have been treated and now my goal in life is to put carrabbas in huntersville out of bussiness. the community does not need vilians like these around, i am informing everybody i can about this and i told them i was going on tv to tell what stem cell therapy did for my injuries i received at carrabbas and i am going to unload on carrabbas for treating me this way, i am ready to negotiate this matter but if carrabbas chooses to keep ignoring me i will not go away. shame on carrabbas
