How to File a Complaint Against Burger King
Step 1 — Address the Restaurant Manager On-Site
For immediate food quality, order accuracy, service, or cleanliness complaints, speak directly with the Shift Manager or Restaurant Manager at the Burger King location where the issue occurred. Restaurant managers have authority to remake sandwiches, issue refunds on the spot, and resolve service failures immediately.
