Buca di Beppo was one of my favorite restaurants.
2-18-2023 myself & 2 friends went to Buca di Beppo at
6600 Robinson Centre Dr. Pittsburgh, PA 15205.
we got there early 3:10 were seated, our server was
Lisa she took our order. Chicken parmesan, Fettucine Alfredo, cheese garlic bread. It came &
the chicken parmesan did not taste like it always
does, the Fettuccine Alfredo looked & tasted like it
had no sauce on it. I asked for more sauce & 10 mins late Lisa brought 1 cup of sauce, which was
not enough for the whole large plate of pasta.
Lisa came back to our booth & took desert orders
I ordered Tiramisu was told it was just put together
it had to set up. ok but why is that just being made
on a Saturday afternoon 4:00. Then I ordered decaf
coffee, which she promptly told me she had no decaf coffee. I find this hard to believe. To make a long story short we finally left at 5:00. Almost 2 hours later. This was a horrible experience. Sorry to say I will not go back.

I worked at Buca since December and while I was doing my taxes I noticed I never got paid hourly
Id like to receive my hourly checks or I can go to small court claims.
