What qualifications are needed to reserve a car on Turo?
You must register for an account on Turo and meet specific age and license requirements in order to reserve a car. You have to be at least 18 years old in the US, 21 years old in the UK, and 23 years old in Canada. In France, you need to have a valid license for two years and be at least 18 years old. In addition, a current driver’s license and Turo’s approval are required. After being accepted, scheduling trips for later travel is simple.
Does Turo require my personal insurance?
No, in order to reserve a car on Turo, personal insurance is not necessary. Turo provides protection plans in the US that include Premier, Standard, and Minimum coverage options. Auto liability insurance for third parties is included in these plans. With differing degrees of coverage, comparable protection policies are offered in New York, Canada, the UK, and Australia.
Can someone else use the car I reserved on Turo?

“What’s Turo’s cancellation policy?”
Before your trip departs, you have up to 24 hours to cancel and receive a full refund.
