My roku stick overheated. It became so hot I was concerned a fire would ignite. Your customer service is a disgrace. I filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, hopefully no one will die in an unnecessary fire. It was a miracle that I was able to contact someone in India, off of your 816- 272-8106 number. The result of the call was disappointing. I was offered a 30% discount for another stick. Shafrin in customer service said she will call be back some time today with a code to purchase a new product online. I’ve been waiting over 3 hours so far. I’m going to pass and take my business elsewhere. Your business model ia a disgrace. Your tainted stick also, caused a permenent problem with my tv.
