My family and I had a BAD experience with your restaurant at 5000 Westhemer Road Houston Texas. We took our mother here for her 79th birthday. We brought her here for Mothers Day and she loved it so much that we took her back for her birthday. Three of us ordered fish and chips. It was HORRIBLE!! IT WAS THE WORST FISH WE HAVE EVER TASTE!! THERE WAS NO SEASON OR TASTE! We ordered baby back ribs, but the waiter came back and stated they were out of ribs! So we choose Fish and chips!! WHAT A BAD CHOICE!!! I didn mention it to the waiter be he showed no CONCERN! We paid our bill and left. I called back to talk to a manager and I was placed on HOLD AND NO ONE EVER CAME BACK TO THE PHONE!!
