I been with this company for 17 years I call last night to have a courtesy payment from boost for my phone service or a day to day service for my phone bill I haven’t been satisfied sent the company partner with T mobile. I feel like it easy and quick for boost to get my money each time I pay but I ask for one simple thing. And I can get get I ask to speak to a manager I spoke to three different people which two put me on hold for a long time the third person Jessica said that it won’t be a manager available 40 minutes 1hr which I never heard of from any company for a manager not to be available for that long period of time My need are not met from boost.I also don’t give people my card information over the phone which the second caller ask for my last four of my social which has never been ask from boost representative. I also don’t like the fact that Most of the representative sound like they are in the comfort of their home and it sound like scam caller from India that I received everyday off robo calls I don’t know what your plans are but company have going on but it not diverse of people I always get the same caller a male or female from India no black people or white but the same people this is not professional setting and I don’t deal with third patties this is how people information get stolen or sold.

I have been with Boost Mobile for 6 years. They have recently changed over to Dish. In the process of changing over they made 2 accounts for me which I found out when I made my payment. My payment was applied to the wrong account and my services was suspended. I called customer service and they told me I needed to make another and I told them NO they needed to find my payment and restore my service. Being my hold for 2 hours
I downloaded the app thank God internet and I went on the website long and behold the account number is different from the one on the app. When I asked customer service to transfer it to the right account and restore my service they told me it is a process they have to go through which I don’t understand since it is their fault. I don’t understand why I have to be punished for their mistake.

I have been disappointed with my service for quite sometime and had been planning to go to another service provider as soon as my phone contract expired. I bought and activated a new phone in August of 2022 and have been patiently waiting for the one-year agreement to expire so that I can have my phone unblocked. I contacted Boost today to confirm which day they will unblock my phone and was told that my activation date in the system was May of this year so they would not unblock my phone. I appealed to their common sense. They have a record of my purchase history showing the phone was bought in August of last year. They have 12 months of billing history that shows that the phone was in use and billed since August of last year. To no avail. They said the system says May of 2023 and they don’t recognize any other date. Oh, by the way, Boost had a system change over in May and I would bet that in the system changeover activation dates were inadvertently replaced for the actual activation date. See you in small claims court.
