This was one of the worst experiences ever!! My puppies got in a fight on the road trip to get to this location and I had to pull off the road, and got there and there was no one at the front desk or anywhere to be found in the store! My puppies were terrified bc there were at least 10 big, huge dogs in the front of the store that terrified my small puppies! No one ever came to the cash registers, so I finally wondered to the back of the store away from the huge dogs and saw the groomers. I walked in and the groomer asked me why I was there, and I told her I brought my dog to be groomed and she acted like we didn’t have an appointment! I told her my dogs name, and then she said your late so you don’t have an appointment. I told her it was raining and traffic was terrible and she said that they would be able to do it NEXT WEEK–after a drove 30 minutes each way! I asked her how she could cancel someone with a three hour time frame that was reserved for just being 15 minutes late–that makes no sense,l think she just didn’t want to work for the next 3 hours!! She was so rude and nasty to me, I would never leave my puppies there with such a horrible nasty mess of a person!!I NO ONE SHOULD EVER LEAVE THEM ALONE WITH A DOG, no telling what they would do with your puppies if they treat you like that!!
