Dear CEO Fired Pie,
I recently went to dine to your location on Ray road and the 101 and found out that the location closed. I knew this was going to happen not because of the location of the establishment, but the quality of the staff hired.
When this location opened it was doing well . The business started going down when the oldest adult in the store was probably 21 years old. You let kids run the business and they took you out of business. It was sad to see it all happen in front of my eyes. I retired 2 years ago as a VP of Human Resources. It is in me to observe staff and services.
If you open a business or sell a franchise, you need to stay on top of it. You can’t invest and then have high schoolers run the place.
In my last visit, the young lady started putting a minimal amount of toppings. When I started the order of the custom pizza I alerted her that I was not going to have any meat on the pizza. I figured, this will give her an idea ahead of time regarding portions. As she started making the pizza, I noticed the amount of sauce, cheese and veggies was amazingly small. I asked her why the portions were so small. Her response: “I don’t know how much you will add. I have to serve little so it is not too heavy at the end”. To this I responded that I mentioned to her that I was not having meats, hence not to worry as I was not adding proteins.
To summarize, once too many times the kids were chatting, having fun, looking at their phones. The service was poor and the food was being rationalized to the extreme.
Hope you continue caring for your stores and your customers all the time.
Sincerely,
Hilda Roy
